This English translation is so rocky it’s painful (I’m on my hands and knees begging Atria to publish a revised edition) but the heart of the story is so strong and dear in its earnestness that it almost didn’t matter; I couldn’t stop reading regardless of the stilted dialogue, grammatical errors and mistakes.

I rarely buy books new but I think I’ll have to purchase this series just so that I can keep it for myself.
