 • Guessing the outcome up until the end of the book.  I changed my predictions multiple times.
 • The creepy estate house with a malevolent past.
 • The protagonist is a bad a$$ with a feminist attitude.

𝘐 𝘏𝘈𝘋 𝘈 𝘏𝘈𝘙𝘋 𝘛𝘐𝘔𝘌 𝘞𝘐𝘛𝘏...
 • The book alternates with a dual POV between the MC in the present and snippets of her Father's novel.  Although It is essential to the story, I found most of her Father's novel to be an informational filler.

Despite the minimal flaw, I thought it was fantastic and I will be reading another Sager book in the future.
