This was a really cool read. I loved the mix of historical stories, science and personal encounters that Black included. I thought that it was just in-depth enough to be interesting, but not so in-depth that I felt lost. There are definitely some parts that are harder to stomach than others, so be warned.
Overall, this was a fun and interesting read for anyone interested in forensic anthropology, human anatomy or who watched too many episodes of Bones in the early 2000s.
