There is nothing I can say about this book that hasn't already been said. It was published in 1992, so that tendy dark academia is truly authentic here. The characters are fantastically flawed, the pacing is slow, the writing is wordy and dense, and it is absolutely perfection. 

I am heartbroken it is over, but I think I will be half living in Hampden in my mind forever..
