Always With Love by Giovanna Fletcher

3.0

An enjoyable, easy read but I didn’t love it as I had loved Billy and Me.

Again, I found the writing style to be slightly childish and at moments dialogue seemed forced and rather flat. Like Billy and Me, it also reads rather like a first draft in places, with language such as 'vitamin d quickly dispersing across my bare skin and working it's magic' that completely distract from the flow of the narrative.

Despite the writing style, I still appreciate the characters and the general story line. It was nice to catch up with these characters, although the ending did feel slightly rushed.
