The Lady's Guide to Celestial Mechanics by Olivia Waite

4.0

This was a delightful sapphic regency romance, with a large helping of the debate between art vs. science, the difficulty of translation, and the erasure of women from the scientific record. Some reviewers thought there was too much science, but I thought there was just enough to make the book even more interesting. I had planned to read this over the weekend but it was so good I devoured it in one sitting.
