This book was a bit disappointing for me. Unlike the other books in the series, it was slow paced bordering on boring. Moreover, in the beginning I did not feel the connection between Naomi and Conrad. They were lacking the explosive chemistry of other couples. Eventually, they grew on me. and yeah, loved the appearance of Mariketa, Bowen and Nixieeee..
