A heartwarming story that is the equivalent of a friend putting their hand on your thigh and saying, “it’s okay, everything’s going to be alright.” The pacing has leaves something to be desired but the characters are very lovable. Is advertised as a fantasy book, but the fantasy elements are very subdued. All-in-all a comforting book.
