I normally like ferrante novels but this one was a bit more full-on than usual. It’s about a woman married to the same man for 15 (?) years. And then one day the man leaves her. And she is left to raise their two kids together and she completely falls apart. I think it was about how the marriage, even though it seemed good, actually wasn’t good for the woman. And she didn’t know who she was or what she wanted. And she had to completely break apart in order to rebuild herself. But the breaking apart was pretty wild.
