The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald

5.0

Charming, elegant, and lavish–that's what this book is. I was kind of skeptical at first, because I had seen a lot of people hating on this book. It turns out that most of them, especially Americans, hate this book solely because they were forced to read it for school. As they grew older, some of them tried to pick the book up again and re-read it, this time out of their own will, and they ended up liking it. Funny how perspectives matter.
