Falling for Scotland by Kaitlin Collins

Sweet 🧁, not spicy- this is a 🫧 squeaky clean🧼 romance.

It is a cute, cozy romance. We've got a teacher from Missouri who's
sick and tired of the American education system and takes a job teaching in Scotland. We've got a hot Scottish editor who takes care of his grandpa and dances in a kilt for extra money. They're pretty immediately smitten. The FMC is asexual which is awesome for representation, but I wasn't a huge fan of her waiting to disclose that to her partner until 85% through. Just from a healthy relationship communication aspect, that bothered me a bit.

It's a debut and reads very much like a debut with phrases like, "We quietly sipped our tea in silence."

It was cute, but doesn't feel memorable or like one I'd go back to again.
