This one is the most heavily-researched diet book out there, it might even convince me to go vegan sometime in the future. Dr. Greger's writing style showed that the man himself is enjoying his life's work, rendering any other diet books i read after almost too dry to read in comparison. This is the kinda book i referenced again and again while cooking.

Currently on my way to switch into a more plant-based diet so will update my progress. So far have been feeling the healthiest and sharpest as i can be.
