I received this book for free in a Goodreads Giveaway.
Starting off this book, I was a little worried because I felt the first chapter was really aggressive. There was quite a bit of hostility towards Obama's policies and if this was the tone of the whole book I wouldn't have continued. I understand having political views but I prefer learning about things in a neutral voice, or at least one that's not full on raging.
But luckily Willis calmed down a bit and actually gave us some information. I would say that this book is a good book to give an older adult, just because it covers topics like, buying a house, investing, sending your kid to school, retirement, and taxes. I mentioned older adult just because I'm 25 and I felt like a few of the things that Willis spends the most time on didn't really relate to me. I don't have kids nor do I want to buy a house so there was a bit of disconnect there.
I do like how this covers a decent amount of topics, though not with a lot of depth, but it's a good way to figure out what areas you already understand and which you should look into more.
