sriston 's review for:
Fortune and Glory
by Janet Evanovich
I’ve read the first six in this series and the first three were delightful but after those it seemed like it was the same story over and over but told with different characters and twists. I hadn’t read any more of the books until I bought this one.
I really enjoyed reading this book. The main characters and their personalities remain unchanged and although a lot of people complain about that, I really like the fact the main characters are unchanged in personality and quirks.
This story line was different. It was a lot more adventurous and the story kept me wanting to read it. The only thing I can complain about is that there was some instances of profanity in this book. I could do without that kind of language and in my opinion those words could have been left out and it wouldn’t have affected the story at all.
