Verity by Colleen Hoover

dark mysterious tense fast-paced
  • Plot- or character-driven? Character
  • Loveable characters? No

4.5

I've been skeptical about reading Colleen hoover books because I thought it won't be to my taste. But I'll be damned, this book was a masterpiece.

The first chapter of the book had me like WTF, i dislike Jeremy and lowen but Damn do I hate verity more.

Verity being psychotic, sex obsessed, obsessed over jeremy, manipulative, plus the world most disgusting mother.

Jeremy being so boring, saying nothing more than two sentences, I don't even know what verity and lowen see's in him.

Lowe,.as much as I hate verity, I hate her has well. You were hired to work, but no she just had to fall in love with Jeremy and fantasize all such nonsense he would do to her, not respecting that his wife is in the house.

As much as I like a few romance here and there, whatever verity had with Jeremy was just straight up sex, not romance not making love, just straight up sex

The suspense, thrills and twist in the book was all too good, was jeremy and lowen in the right or wrong for what they did to verity?, was verity falsely accused, was she lying to save her skin, Well we never got to find out.
Damn I hate the book so much, that I enjoyed the story.
