This is a series of short stories. Most are forgettable. The overall theme of each story is that the main character is a presumptuous white British man who dares to adventure where he shouldn't be and has to deal with the consequences. I read this because I love Stoker's Dracula and wanted to read the short story, Dracula's Guest. It was OK and I'm glad I read it; though I will never pick this one up again. If you want to explore Bram Stoker's writing, just read Dracula.
