"Bride" by Ali Hazelwood is another entertaining addition to her repertoire, featuring the signature bulky love interests she's known for. Ever since learning about her pro-Palestine stance, my admiration for her has only grown, especially in light of how some authors have disappointed with their lack of moral integrity.
While romance isn't my favorite genre, I've read several of Hazelwood's works and found enjoyment in each one. Her books are perfect for when you need a light, fun read to take a break from more emotionally taxing stories. This one was particularly chaotic and fun, keeping me entertained from start to finish.
However, the guaranteed happy ending, a staple in romance, somewhat lowered my rating. If not for that, I might have rated it higher. Despite this, "Bride" still earns a solid 3.5 stars from me for its delightful chaos and enjoyable narrative.
