I felt this book failed to live up to its potential. I really enjoyed the previous high republic book in this category, ‘A Test of Courage’, and was hoping this would be a similar experience. Unfortunately, I found this book to only be an okay read that fills in some gaps from other stories but doesn’t achieve much more and certainly isn’t notable on its own merits.
