pure carnage and depravity. the parallels the author makes with the factory farming system is incredibly potent here, and made me queasy on several occasions. the writing is incredible and kept me glued to the pages. it is not for the faint of heart in the slightest, but the praise this book receives, it so rightfully deserves.
