A very good read. However, it was not one of my favorites. Some parts towards the middle of the novel seemed to drag. After I got over that hump in the novel, the ending was very good. In fact, I think more attention to detail should have been paid to the ending. It seemed kind of rushed. I also did not like how Lil's character kept going on and on about her feelings for Coop. Some of that details I could have been spared. All in all, it was a decent story. I liked The Hollow better, but this has only been the second novel I have read by Ms. Roberts. I will read other novels by her.
