Life After Life: The Bestselling Original Investigation That Revealed Near-Death Experiences by Raymond Moody

2.0

i think i dissociated during the duration that i read this book lol

perhaps, i’m still reluctant to come to terms that there is, or might be, life after death because it is far easier to live with no obligation to a higher form of judgement to speak for my actions.

additionally, it is self-admitted by the author to be lukewarm in its conclusion, or lack of. in a typical sense, the book is by no means scientific but masquerades itself as one and thus, for there to be frustration on the reader’s end is admittedly expected. however, in some way, it is understandable and pragmatic by choosing not to determine a conclusion though it is very much desired. it isn’t presumptuous and merely presents facts and rebuttals wherever appropriate, that which i greatly appreciate.
