Sorcery of Thorns by Margaret Rogerson

5.0

This was such a good book. I have previously read an Enchantment of raven's, and I was really impressed with how much BETTER this book was. The story was fuller with fleshed out characters, and I didnt feel like the relationship was rushed into.
Elisabeth is a beautiful character. She's strong, while still being vulnerable and a mess at times. Nathanial and Silas were a wonderful pair, both trying to portray to an expected reputation and expected personality that truly didnt belong to either of them.
I loved watching Elisabeth not only accept herself, but bring out the true nature of both men as they realized they didnt have be stuck in expectations.
The story itself progressed really smoothly, and didnt leave any unanswered questions or plotholes for me. I'm really hoping with the way things ended that there might be more to Elisabeth and Nathanial's story.
