Angel: After the Fall, Volume 1 by Brian Lynch, Joss Whedon

Joss Whedon is brilliant. Do yourself a massive favour and go out and watch both Buffy and Angel, then continue the stories in Angel After the Fall and Buffy Season 8 (Dark Horse comics). You won't be disappointed. While you're at it, watch Firefly and Serenity as well. I can't wait until he has another show on tv (woot--Dollhouse!) Btw, don't read the comics without seeing the show first--you'll miss way too much.
