This book is a great read for anyone who wants to raise feminist boys in their life. It was a reflective mix of memoir and “how-to” (in a non-pretentious way). I appreciated that the author considered the drawbacks on how she approached raising a feminist boy, and how her own doubts may have been due to her internalization of patriarchal ideas. Overall, I thought she approached this philosophy in a thoughtful and open way, admitting to her privileges, as well as her fears. I think I walked away from this book with a few good strategies for how to implement feminist ideals.
