Loved this book. I really enjoyed Lizzan’s character and all she had to suffer through before getting to her happily ever after. Even with all she went through, she still loved and helped people and never lost that part of herself. And I loved the way Aerax loved her fearlessly and without restraint. This book is equal parts romantic, sexy, and adventurous. The fantasy world pulls you in, and I found the lore so fascinating. Not just the lore, but the commentary on how lore is passed down and how it can be twisted away from the truth. I think I loved this book just as much as the first book, and I can’t wait to get my hands on the third.
