Perhaps this story found me at the wrong point in my life. It was difficult for me to really connect to the characters, even Sherriff Longmire as he investigated the death of a local boy. So many other readers have really enjoyed this series that I think I'll pick this one back up another day. Perhaps trekking through the snow and the mystery of a possible revenge killing will grab me differently in the future.
