I Want to Die but I Want to Eat Tteokbokki

It’s super relatable if you’ve ever felt "not depressed enough" to seek help but still stuck in a fog.
The therapy itself kinda bugged me. She’s on meds by session 3?! And her therapist low-key blames her "black-and-white thinking" while downplaying wild side effects (restless hell, insomnia…). The focus drifts from depression to her self-esteem/OCD stuff, which felt messy. Powerful? Absolutely. Perfect therapy? Nah.
