Though I missed the perspectives of Feyre and Rhys, I learned to love Nesta and Cassian’s journey. There was such strong character growth, not just in our protagonists, but the minor characters as well. The main conflict felt more like a sub-plot, but it was fine because we got to see more character building. This was also waaaayyyy spicier than the other books. It was a bit much at times for me personally.
I hope Maas comes out with more in the series because there are still so many characters I’m invested in and several questions still unanswered.
EDIT: I’ve found this to be my favorite of the series after reading it over again. I feel w/ Nesta so strongly! And omg I was such a prude before cuz the spice is literally perfect. 🫠 and Cassian is def in my top 3 book bfs.
