It is physically painful, how BRILLIANT Naomi Novik is. By the time the reveals start coming and you realize just how deftly she has woven events together...GOD. It's just...I don't even have words, okay? I really don't.
This book, in case you missed the point, is FUCKING BRILLIANT, and such a fantastic ending to the trilogy I want to scream. El was exatly what you wanted her to be, beginning to end, and even when I was gnawing my knuckles down to bone wondering HOW THE HELL CERTAIN THINGS WERE GOING TO BE FIXED, I knew, I KNEW she'd manage it. Because she is Galadriel Higgins.
