If We Kiss by Rachel Vail

3.0

I read some of Rachel Vail's books when I was younger and I always thought they were wise and relevant, but this one felt strained. Charlie had some good points to her but her "wise"-cracks were barely wise, and I got kind of sick of people saying how "honest" and "headstrong" she was. Kevin seemed like a weird dude anyway, but maybe it's just because he's not my type.

But anyway, the book is short and sweet and after reading a (bad) 600 page book about Scottish time travel it was just what I needed to detox.
