Lost to Dune Road by Kara Thomas

I really enjoyed this thriller from Kara Thomas. It took a minute to get into all the characters and why they were important, but once I did, I was enthralled. This book felt lived-in — like I was dropped into a developed world and was seeing a part of it. It reminded me of a detective / PI series, although it is a standalone, and I think this ended up being a great thing. There was history with each character that was explained well and it made each character as well-developed as possible.

The plot moves FAST, which I would expect in such a thriller, and I’d recommend this to anyone interested in a PI mystery!

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the ARC in exchange for my honest review.
