I really struggled to get through this! I’m a huge fan of Norse mythology, so whenever I see a book about it, I just have to read it. However, this book was just not it. The mythology stories were retold in a confusing way and it just felt like there were just a lot of things being listed one after the other. There also seemed to be a lot of unnecessary descriptions of things like birds and insects which felt very repetitive.
