This is an incredibly well-written and narrated audiobook memoir. Listen to it!! The personal and character development of Gabriel as a human is tremendous.
There are differences between an autobiography and a memoir. Here is a good resource that breaks it all down: https://www.grammarly.com/blog/writing-tips/memoir-vs-autobiography/
This book is raw and honest with many triggers, so be forewarned!
This is NOT a tell-all or name-dropping book. It is a personal story that appears to be very cathartic for Gabriel.
