I really enjoyed the first one. Halfway through this one and i was struggling.
She's now in love with two princes, and they sre obsessed with her.... and they're both fighting each other about who should own her. But by the end they're cool with each other and laughing and hanging out together and super excited about the scavenger hunt theyre going on in the next book.
And while she said she belongs to no one she has agreed to marry both of them and does nothing to stop them from claiming her as a trophy or talk about her like she's an object.
Also she goes on and on about how her plan should still work or her plan won't work or her plan just needs to be changed but doesn't say give hints about what it is until someone else does it for her.
Just a long, waffling, blah book.
Very disappointing after how delightful the first was.
There are some great lines but mostly this one just gave me the ick and everyone turned cardboard.
