Reread this for the first time i years this afternoon. It was so nice to revisit this world. The first three stories are just short fun adventures. I found t he last kne about Grace's mother the one that added the most to the lore of the series.
Each story was illustrated by different people so they all had their own unique styles and I think the styles fit the characters and the lands well.
When it comes to OUAT books, this is defitnly better than the YA series when it comes to despuritng TV cannon and feeling like the original show. The images in the back of the costumes designs were so interesting and I enjoyed them. They're defibtly something that's missing from Behind the Magic.
