I had some real problems with this book (see the notes if you can) but basically, I found that blog posts which had mentioned it were overselling it. Things that were mentioned as downloads from the site should have been included. Ultimately, it felt like the transcript of a weekend or single-day workshop. Really, really unattractive writing.
And while I did find one or two nicely parsed out clauses, the book didn't offer me what I thought I was gonna read about: The Level 10 Life. A vague tier system to assess if you are getting everything you want from your life...
