Deep Work: Rules for Focused Success in a Distracted World
by Cal Newport
Overall I enjoyed this book and agree with the premise that deep work, and a life that allows for more deep work than not, is a life full of satisfaction.
In places, the book got a bit dry and hard to read, which given the subject matter might have been the point. I appreciate the rules and suggestions he made to incorporate deep work into the lives of his readers, and look forward to figuring out how to make such things happen in my own life.
