By the time I got to this book I'd already read most of Mark Sisson's blog, so there wasn't much that was new. Ideally, you'd read this book first, then go to Mark's Daily Apple for more indepth discussion on the minor points, but after living this way for just a couple of months, I've quickly come round to the view that Sisson is right about most things.
