I don't know if I'm allowed to post links here so I'll just say find me on Facebook or Reddit for chapter by chapter recaps of books 7, 8, 8.5 and 9.
There is just SO much fluff and I got seriously annoyed at how long it was taking to get to the end. I found recaps of books 7 & 8.5 and created my own for books 8 & 9. I mean the story line wasn't bad, (I was annoyed at how things just constantly got worse and worse and then a little better but then worse and worse and even worse before nope oh wait they just got worse again, but hey some people like that.) And with an editor these probably could have been really good and cut down to like 6 books instead of 9, seriously that's how much extra fluff there is.
Now you can DNF and still know what happens and how they end. Or just go back and read the chapters you want.
