I love a good whodunnit book, and the mystery of it is really the only reason I kept going. I thought I had it figured out halfway through (I was right) but I wanted to stick with it to make sure I was right lol. But I feel like there was just SO much focus on Tinsley instead of Duchess and Nova?? Like yes I know SPOILER! Tinsley didn’t kill Nova, but she still literally screamed about wanting to kill her and dump her body in the slave cemetery?? How did no one beat her ass? WHY did no one beat her ass?? Why are we sympathizing with her?? Yes I’m glad that she is starting to learn from her mistakes but I feel like they focused way too much on Tinsley’s woe-is-me ass.
