I think I found my sci-fi niche. I love smaller, emotional stories with sci-fi settings. The alien technology serves as such a good backdrop. This book was so good and emotional. I have to imagine this was intended to be autism representation? If not, it totally works as that.

I love short stories. They’re so much more impressive than long spanning series. Granted this is a part of a series of short stories but it totally works as a standalone.

I will definitely be reading more of this series. I can see why people like it!
