I enjoyed it, but it didn't quite have the pull GTN did. I think it's because while Harrow is a wonderful protagonist, her hold on her mental state makes the book wildly disorienting and straight up hard to follow. It all connects in a fulfilling way at the end, but it left me a little lost and confused until it got there.
Graphic: Blood, Body horror, Death, Death of parent, Gore, Grief, Injury/Injury detail, and Murder
