Dare I Say It: Everything I Wish I'd Known About Menopause by Naomi Watts

4.75

I decided to read every book about menopause published in the last five years, and the vast majority of them are utter garbage Pollyanna propaganda. I certainly didn't expect the book written by a famous actress to be the one that covered the most aspects of peri and menopause in the most balanced and realistic way with the most medical research and the best blend of personal stories and facts, but Dare I Say It is easily the best, most readable, most realistic, most comprehensive, and kindest (without being at all maudlin) of all dozen or so books I've read.
