I definitely want my kid to know about Michelle Obama (beyond her role as Mrs. O on Waffles and Mochi!) but the images don’t look like her and I didn’t love the flow of the text interspersed with quotes- I know board book biographies have a hard job because they must be so short. There’s a Shana Corey early reader about her that looks promising to try instead. Also MOST of the illustrated bios of her for kids feature portraits that don’t look like her. It’s very strange.
