wow. i did not expect what a rollercoaster ride this book would be.
i don’t understand why this is the third book in the series. there’s little to no connection to the first two.
but as a standalone? absolutely incredible.
i’d describe it more as a survival/psychological horror with sci fi elements rather than your typical science fiction story.
the last 50 or so pages left me speechless.
still debating if i should read survivor but i’ll definitely finish off the series with “patternmaster”
