Normally I wouldn’t have picked up a book like this
But it came highly recommended from a source I trust. I work at a university supporting students, and I was surprised to find that I think I can use a lot of what this book teaches to help recruit and retain those who are trying to start and finish their degrees. Looking forward to the next book!
