Yes! This is exactly the sort of development I was hoping for in this series. The Hunter Examinations are underway and they have some very interesting challenges. The first revolves around culinary prowess- that is something that I was not anticipating. I also found it very funny how the entire group was chalked up as a failure as they could not make proper sushi- that was unexpected and very humorous.

I also love the next portion of the test wherein the main cast of four is paired with a heel- Tonpa- and have to escape a tower within 72 hours. The test comes when each decision made is based off of a democratic majority rule, wherein Tonpa can easily come in and fuck over the rest of the group.

I am very interested to see what happens next and am appreciative that the story is progressing as it is. I also quite enjoyed the fight scenes with Netero. I think that it illustrates expertly the skill levels of the main characters.
