Resistor by C.E. Clayton

2.0

Cheesy, pulpy, full of tropes, a lot of good fun. A fast fantasy read in a cyberpunk world. Resistor reads like a movie with lots of dark corners, neon hair, and fascinating costumes. I normally prefer books that take themselves more seriously, but it was still an enjoyable read. If you are looking for brain candy, you might like it. If you're looking for something with substance, or with strong characterization, this is not the novel for you.

I received this book for free via BookSirens in exchange for an honest review.
