Rick and Morty
by Zac Gorman, C.J. Cannon
This is well worth a read if you are a fan of the show. There are parts that I think easily warranted a 4-5 star rating, but other parts that were just ok. Realistically I think it is about a 3.5 rating as a whole.
The story shows the normal Rick and Morty hi-jinks, I think the writers and illustrators managed to capture the style of the show pretty well; however, the "main" storyline which is the first 3 parts of this volume are just ok, not amazing.
The best part of this was the few bonus shorts at the end, I thought these were hysterical and really let Summer and Beth shine in a funny light.
I'll be giving volume 2 a read eventually, as I think this was a decent read, but I won't be rushing out to read it right way.
