The Unquiet Bones by Loreth Anne White
3.0
I have to admit from the beginning, this book was not for me. I don't like books where a bunch of people are involved and we revolve through their viewpoints. I tend to get too confused if there are too many characters. That being said, it wasn't terrible and did have a lot of twists and turns through the story, which I liked.
I feel like this book is a detective mystery that is part of a series. I'm pretty picky about not reading detective series, but I don't think this is an installation in a series of books. I also think I'd like more books about the detective, Jane Munro, as her situation in this books is fascinating in a train wreck sort of way.
I checked out White's website and her forthcoming book, The Swimmer, and it sounds interesting to me. I'm willing to give her another chance when that book comes out.
If you're a fan of mysteries where there's numerous suspects, each one has a strong motive, and everybody's a suspect until the end, you'll like Unquiet Bones.
